These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of accountingservice.com (the "Site"), published by AFA Strategic Consultancy Sdn Bhd ("AFA", "we", "us", or "our") under the brand name Accounting Service MY. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About This Site

accountingservice.com is an informational and comparison tool to help small and medium-sized businesses in Malaysia and Singapore understand their options for accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and payroll services. The comparison tool runs entirely in your browser and suggests a general solution category (such as DIY, freelance bookkeeper, in-house hire, or full-service firm) based on inputs you provide; it does not transmit or store your responses.

Disclosure of interest: The Site is published by AFA. AFA is disclosed as the Featured Partner for the full-service firm category and is highlighted in that result. Non-partner content on the Site is prepared independently of AFA's commercial sales process. You are under no obligation to engage AFA, and you are free to compare with other providers.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
